About LCG
LCG was established in 1988 and has its head office in Copenhagen. Over the years LCG has worked with clients and partners in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Estonia, Latvia, Romania, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Hong Kong, the USA, Zimbabwe and Ghana.
Our basis is logistics. Our work has since extended to aviation, quality management, strategic and resource planning, human resources development, trade facilitation, multimodal transport and certification. We work where infrastructure, regulation and commercial interests meet, for public authorities that need a project to hold up and private companies that need it to pay off.
Services
Aviation and airports
Route development, catchment area studies, airline business cases and the design of airport incentive schemes.
Logistics and multimodal transport
Analysis, planning and optimisation of supply chains and transport across modes.
Strategy and resource planning
Strategic planning and resource planning for companies and public institutions.
Quality management and certification
Quality management systems and certification, from gap analysis to implementation.
Trade facilitation
Support for cross-border trade, procedures and market access.
Human resources development
Capacity building and training of staff and organisations, so that results last after the project ends.
Safety, human factors and resilience
Safety leadership for safety-critical organisations: Human and Organisational Performance (HOP), operational learning, and the balance between rule-based safety and adaptive expertise. Experience with training and competence development in air traffic services.
Route development for regional airports
Every region has routes it should have but does not. The demand is there, in business travel, tourism and families living abroad, but an airline will not take the risk until someone shows it clearly. That is our job.
Catchment study
Who lives and works within reach of the airport, where they travel today, and which routes are missing.
Route priorities
A ranked list of the routes with the strongest case, and the airlines most likely to fly them.
Airline business case
Operating costs, demand and revenue scenarios, and exactly how the support lowers the airline's start-up risk.
Incentive scheme
The rules, scoring model, call for applications and contracts, ready for the authority to adopt.
Airline engagement
The case presented to network planners in the format they use to decide.
Why airports work with LCG
We think like an airline
We have managed airline stations and represented airlines as General Sales Agent. We know what a network planner asks before committing an aircraft, and we answer it before it is asked.
Experience with EU projects
We have prepared and managed EU-funded projects and applications, and we know how public support has to be structured to hold up. Open and transparent schemes protect both the airport and the authority.
Documents you can use
We deliver the actual tender documentation, contracts and business cases, written to be adopted and acted on, not a report for the shelf.
Local where it matters
We work with local aviation specialists, so every document fits national law and procedure as well as EU rules.
Public support and EU rules
Public support for new routes is governed by EU rules, and the right instrument depends on the size and purpose of the support. Getting the structure right from the start saves time and protects everyone involved.
Drawing on our experience with EU-funded projects, applications and public procedures, we help authorities and airports choose the right approach and turn it into a scheme that works in practice.
Airline experience
Through European Airline Services, LCG has acted as General Sales Agent and station manager for international airlines, including building operations from the ground up: ground handling agreements, catering contracts, reservation systems and coordination with air traffic control and airport authorities.
Our team
LCG works as a small senior team. Between us, we have built airline operations, worked on EU-funded projects and applications, and worked with safety and training in air traffic services, and we put the right people on each assignment.
Airline operations
Station management and General Sales Agent work for international airlines, from start-up to daily operations.
Route development and EU projects

Local expertise
Partners on the ground who know national law, procedures and the local aviation market.
